"Services" refers to all cleaning services provided by Central Valley Janitorial, including but not limited to regular office cleaning, deep cleaning, restocking of office supplies, and any additional services offered.
"Website" refers to the Central Valley Janitorial site at centralvalleyjanitorial.com
"Client" refers to any individual or entity who uses or subscribes to our services, including leads and customers.
"Free Deep Clean" refers to the promotional offer for a one-time, complimentary deep cleaning service provided by Central Valley Janitorial, subject to the terms listed under Section 4.
3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, services, or submitting your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the website and services immediately.

4. Free Deep Clean Offer Terms

The Free Deep Clean offer is subject to the following terms:

Eligibility: The Free Deep Clean is available only to first-time customers.
Conditions: The Free Deep Clean is valid for one-time use only and cannot be transferred. It is limited to a 5,000 sq. ft. office space and includes premium cleaning services (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces). Any specialized services (e.g., carpet shampooing and HVAC Cleaning, or any other specialty services) are not included in this offer and will be charged separately.
Other Conditions: - 
No Window cleaning above 1 Story floor buildings (if the office is on the second floor or higher, interior windows may be cleaned, however exterior windows after one floor will be void in the free deep clean) - No buildings over 5000 square feet will qualify for the free deep clean.
- Any water, fire, mold, rot, termite infestation, or any damage beyond the scope of custodial services will void the deep clean upon arrival or form submission.
- The free deep clean is only available for brick and mortar businesses that reside within the city of clovis California's boundaries.
-The free deep clean will become void if there is Pre or Post construction clean up services required or requested upon arrival or upon form submission
-The free deep clean will become void if there is move in or move out cleaning services required or requested upon arrival or form submission  
Central valley janitorial does not service residential spaces. If upon arrival or form submission it is discovered that the office is a residential building those conditions will void the free deep clean.
-Central Valley Janitorial does not offer Pest control, pesticide, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or construction services. If upon arrival or form submission the scope of work meets these unoffered services, this will void the free deep clean.
- Central valley janitorial does not offer the free deep clean to businesses in the restaurant industry. If upon arrival or form submission the location is found to be a location of a restaurant or a place of business where food is cooked, prepared, and sold, this will void the free deep clean.

Scheduling: The Free Deep Clean must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the availability of this offer based on service area and scheduling constraints.
Restrictions: This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Expiration: The Free Deep Clean offer is only valid for 30 days after your first contact with us.
5. Indemnification and Liability

Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Central Valley Janitorial, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Liability: While we make every effort to provide top-quality services, Central Valley Janitorial is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, injury, or loss, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Clients are responsible for securing valuable or sensitive items during the cleaning process.
Damages: Any damages to property caused directly by our services will be assessed and handled according to the circumstances. Central Valley Janitorial is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or negligence.
6. Payment Terms

Pricing: The pricing for our services is clearly outlined on our website or will be discussed at the time of booking. Any additional services or special requests will be billed separately.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods as indicated on the website.
Payment Schedule: Payments for regular cleaning services are due at the time of service or as agreed upon in the contract. For any invoiced services, payment is due within 30 days.
Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a partial refund or re-cleaning at no additional charge.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
7. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on the Central Valley Janitorial website are the property of Central Valley Janitorial and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Service Areas: Our services are currently available in clovis California, the city of clovis. We reserve the right to modify our service areas based on operational constraints.
Service Availability: While we strive to provide prompt and reliable services, all cleaning appointments are subject to availability. We may occasionally need to reschedule or adjust the timing of services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Guarantees: We provide a satisfaction guarantee for our services. If any areas are not cleaned to your satisfaction, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a follow-up service at no additional charge.

Access: You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning staff have full access to the premises to perform services.
Secure Items: Clients are responsible for securing personal, sensitive, or valuable items prior to the service. We are not liable for damage or loss of these items.
Hazards: Please notify us of any potential hazards (e.g., pets, fragile objects) that could affect the cleaning process.

14. Email Marketing and Communication

By entering your email on our website, you consent to receiving marketing emails and newsletters from Central Valley Janitorial.
